Parish Rental Policy & Fees


For Active Members Of The Parish:


Activity Room: Free Rent and a $300.00 deposit, plus special event insurance

Gym: $500.00 Rent and a $500.00 deposit, plus special event insurance and security.  Contact parish office for details.


Rent and deposit payable within forty-eight (48) hours from when event is initially scheduled on the parish calendar. The deposit is refundable if the room is left clean and undamaged. (Deposit returned two working days after the event) A Parishioner must be the principal user or host and not acquire the room for someone else’s use. A special event insurance coverage is required through our diocese for each event at a cost of $130.00. Another option for insurance coverage is to provide the Parish Office with a Certificate of General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 from your home owners insurance. Insurance payment and/or coverage must be in place twenty (20) days prior to your event.


All reservations must be made through the Parish Office and are made through the availability and discretion of the Parish Office. If the deposit is not brought into the Parish Office within forty-eight (48) hours of the reservation being made, the event will be cancelled.


Because of the number of parishioners, a family’s free use of the facilities must be limited to no more than once in six months.


Activities may not be scheduled in conflict with liturgical activities in our Church or normal scheduled events in the School or Gym.
