Sunday, December 24th we will have 4 pm Mass and Midnight Mass. Both Masses preceded by Christmas Caroling half an hour before. Christmas Day, Monday, December 25th we will have a 10 am Mass.

The giving tree will be going up after Thanksgiving in the Gathering Space for St. Vincent De Paul and the Crisis Pregnancy Centers. Pick your ornaments off the tree and place your gifts under the tree according to the following dates: St. Vincent DePaul needs toys and gift cards in by 12/13 for distribution at the Christmas store. The gifts for the Crisis Pregnancy Centers will be collected through Christmas Eve.

Countless lives are touched by every contribution to the 2024 Annual Catholic Appeal. Children, seminary students, the sick and aged, the needy—they all depend on our generosity. Your gifts support over 30 ministries along with administrative support for both parishes and the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. We are hosting Holy Family Nights here at St. Gabriel. This is a night of catechesis for the whole family. Holy Family Nights are geared to educate the whole family in a mentality of faith in keeping with the Gospel. The presentations on these nights will be age-appropriate, meaningful, practical, and intelligible for parents and students. Our goal is to engage human reason to explore at all ages and learn the timeless truths of the faith. We hope to foster ongoing conversations at home with our families. These nights are geared to teach facts about the faith, but also to know the why of the faith and how to live it out.
